Customer Order & Accuracy Agreement
Please Read Before Placing Your Order
US Truck Decals creates custom decals and graphics using the information, specifications, and artwork submitted by the customer. Please carefully review everything before submitting your order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Customer Is Responsible for All Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and spelled correctly, including:
- Business names
- USDOT, MC, CA, and other identification numbers
- Phone numbers and other information
- Spelling and wording
- Colors and sizes
- Customer-uploaded artwork or files
US Truck Decals prints what you provide. We do not assume responsibility for errors, misspellings, incorrect numbers, incorrect information, or mistakes in customer-submitted artwork.
2. Design Proofs
If you do not request a design proof, you are still fully responsible for reviewing and confirming that all information submitted with your order is correct before placing your order.
If you request a design proof, you are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving it. This includes checking all spelling, numbers, artwork, colors, sizing, and other details.
Approval of a proof confirms that you have reviewed and approved the design for production.
3. Errors After Approval
Whether you order with or without a proof, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information and artwork you submit.
If an error originated from information or artwork provided by you, including an error that was present in an approved proof, the order is considered a customer-submitted error.
4. Reprints
If a reprint is needed because of an error in the information, artwork, or specifications submitted by the customer, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the replacement product.
5. Custom Orders Are Final
Because our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, custom orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to customer-submitted errors, incorrect information, or changes of mind.
