Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our decals and graphics are custom-made specifically to each customer's specifications, all custom orders are final. Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to customer-submitted errors, incorrect information, or changes of mind.

Customer-Submitted Information

US Truck Decals produces custom graphics based on the information, specifications, and artwork submitted by the customer. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete before placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• USDOT, MC, CA, and other identification numbers
• Business names
• Spelling and wording
• Phone numbers and other contact information
• Colors and sizes
• Customer-uploaded artwork and files

Please carefully review all information before submitting your order. US Truck Decals is not responsible for misspellings, incorrect numbers, incorrect information, or errors contained in customer-submitted artwork or order details.

We print what you provide.

Mockup Proofs

If you select our mockup proof option, you will have the opportunity to review your design before production.

By approving the mockup, you confirm that the text, numbers, spelling, artwork, colors, sizing, and other details are correct.

Once a proof has been approved, the customer is responsible for any errors or incorrect information contained in the approved proof.

Reprints for Customer Errors

If you request a reprint because of an error in the information, artwork, or specifications you originally submitted, or an error contained in an approved mockup, the replacement order will be charged at the full product price.

A new order must be placed and paid for before the replacement decal is produced.

Please double-check all information, spelling, numbers, artwork, colors, and sizing before submitting your order.

If you request a mockup proof, carefully review it before approving it. Once approved, the artwork is considered final and will be produced as approved.
